Emanta Shipping Policy (U.S. Market)
Thank you for choosing Emanta's security products. We are committed to providing efficient, reliable and transparent shipping services for customers across the United States. The following policy applies to all orders shipped to U.S. addresses.
 
1. Shipping Coverage & Partner Carriers
We offer shipping to most of 50 U.S. states, except Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam). Our trusted logistics partners include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We will automatically select the most appropriate carrier based on your shipping address, package weight, and delivery urgency to ensure timely and safe delivery.
 
2. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and order verification (to prevent fraud).
• No processing or shipping will be conducted on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or U.S. federal holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Independence Day).
• For large commercial security equipment (e.g., multi-camera surveillance systems, commercial alarm kits), processing time may be extended to 2-3 business days due to additional quality inspections. We will notify you via email if this applies to your order.
 
3. Estimated Delivery Time & Tracking
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after order processing (free for qualifying orders).
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after order processing (additional fee applies).
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after order processing (available for most regions, additional fee applies).
• Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track the order status through the "Order Tracking" page on our website or the carrier's official tracking portal.
 
4. Shipping Fees
• Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders with a subtotal of $49.99 or more (after discounts, excluding taxes and fees).
• Flat-Rate Standard Shipping: $8.99 for orders with a subtotal under $49.99.
• Expedited Shipping: $19.99 per order (regardless of order value).
• Overnight Shipping: $29.99 per order (subject to carrier service availability and cut-off times).
• Additional Fees: For extra-large or heavy security equipment (e.g., outdoor PTZ cameras over 10lbs), an additional overweight/oversize fee of $15-$30 may apply. The fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
 
5. Special Shipping Restrictions
• PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Only USPS shipping is available for these addresses. Delivery time may be extended by 2-3 business days compared to standard shipping.
• Lithium-Ion Battery Products: Security cameras and doorbells with built-in lithium-ion batteries are shipped in compliance with DOT and IATA regulations. No additional action is required from you.
 
6. Order Modification & Cancellation
• If you need to modify the shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after this window, as the order may have already entered the processing or shipping stage.
• If cancellation is approved before shipping, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy after receiving the package.
 
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
• If your package is damaged, lost, or has missing items, please contact our customer service within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. You will need to provide: (1) Order number, (2) Tracking number, (3) Photos of the damaged package and products (if applicable).
• We will investigate the issue with the carrier. Valid claims will be resolved by providing a free reshipment, replacement, or full refund (at your option). We do not accept claims for damages or losses reported after 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
